Prenatal workouts

Our program of prenatal workouts is aimed at future moms looking to improve their pregnancy by staying active. Workout programs are adapted to suit the needs of pregnant women and are led by certified instructors. Sessions consist of a warm-up and dynamic stretching, aerobic activity (20 to 30 min.), specific exercises for local muscle endurance, lumbar and pelvic stabilization and final stretching and relaxation. It is proven that moderate physical activity during pregnancy is beneficial for the psychophysical state of pregnant women as it reduces and prevents certain inconveniences that can arise. Physical activity will fill you up with the energy you need. Firm muscles will cope better with changes in the body and regular physical activity will make childbirth easier. Your body will thank you for prenatal workouts which will help you in coping with all the activity after childbirth.
